Shipping:

Orders will usually be processed for shipment within 1-3 business days. Shipments are not processed on the weekends or major holidays. In instances where unusual volume occurs - as in site wide sales, a few additional days may be needed to prepare your shipment. Priority shipments will ship via priority mail and will take 1-2 days to reach you after shipment occurs.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. All returns must be issued within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Returns must be approved prior to shipping back. Contact us at info@totalbeautyexp.com for approval on a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Defective Items
If you are returning an item that is defective, items will be replaced upon inspection of the item. Please contact us at info@totalbeautyexp.com to report the issue. We will send you a shipping label to return the item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
