This means your clothes will be cleaned without stripping the fibers or color from the fabrics.  It also means they will not come out of the dryer stiff, but soft enough to not need a fabric softener.  While it may be gentle on clothes, it is tough on dirt and perfect for all machine and hand washables - from diapers to jeans and cashmere to silk. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging.
